Bin Yuan

Bin Yuan has been working at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. since April 2007, starting as a Process Engineer for LED encapsulation system development. Over the years, Bin has advanced to roles such as Senior Process Engineer and Section Manager. Currently, Bin holds the position of Technical Manager for Product Development, focusing on Silver Sintering system development.
