Bud Troche

Bud Troche has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Bud started their career at LSI Logic in 1987 as a Product Test Engineer and worked there until 1995. Bud then joined Intel Corporation as a Package Integration Engineer and stayed until 1998. From 1998 to 2000, they worked at Abpac Inc. as a Process Engineering Manager. Bud then joined Amkor Technology as a System in Package Manager from 2000 to 2002. Bud then worked at Datacon North America as an Application Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they joined ASE Group as a Business Development Manager from 2005 to 2008. Bud'snext role was at Amkor Technology as the Director of MEMS Products from 2008 to 2011. Bud'smost recent position was at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. as the Director of Corporate Key Accounts.

Bud Troche attended Heald College from 1984 to 1986, where they studied Electronic Engineering.
