Dr. Henning Bork

Dr. Henning Bork is currently the Group CIO and Senior Vice President IT at ASMPT Ltd, a publicly listed company headquartered in Singapore, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Bork served as Vice President IT, Digitalisation & Strategy at ASMPT SMT Solutions from January 2011 to September 2023, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation and managing customer interactions and operations. Dr. Bork has extensive experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management, with previous roles including Senior Director IT and Leiter Projektmanagement at ASMPT and Siemens. Dr. Bork's academic background includes a Dr.-Ing in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, a Dipl-Ing in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanics from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and an exchange study in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
