Ericson Esperanza

Ericson Esperanza has extensive experience in the field of engineering and service management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Field Service Manager at ASMPT Ltd since September 2011, Ericson has progressed through various roles, including Senior Field Service Engineer and Service Engineer II. Prior experience includes a role as Line Maintenance Technician at onsemi from July 2007 to July 2011, and End-of-Line Sustaining Maintenance at Allegro MicroSystems Philippines, Inc. from January 2003 to April 2007. Ericson holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Batangas, obtained between March 2015 and March 2016, and a degree in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines, completed from June 2000 to August 2003.
