Helbert Catalan

Helbert Catalan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering, particularly in the areas of wire bond and multi-chip die attach. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. since August 2014, Helbert collaborates with teams to analyze and develop new designs from conception to completion. Prior to this role, Helbert worked at Amkor Technology, Inc. from April 2008 to August 2014 as a Process Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting daily line issues to enhance yield and ensure on-time product delivery with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Helbert holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines.
