Luong Dat

Luong Dat has over a decade of experience in the engineering and technical support fields, specializing in customer service and equipment maintenance. Currently a Customer Service Engineer at ASMPT Ltd since August 2018, Luong Dat handles machine installations, supports new product introductions, and provides technical assistance for machine troubleshooting. Previously, as a Senior Equipment Engineer at HanaMicron, responsibilities included commissioning, calibrating, and troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing equipment, along with training staff and managing spare parts. Luong Dat also contributed to Microsoft VietNam Ltd. in various engineering roles, focusing on repair and maintenance of equipment, and worked as a Filler Technician at Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage and an SMT Engineer at FOXCONN GROUP. Luong Dat holds an Engineer's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from Nam Dinh University of Technology Education.
