Naveen Gupta

Naveen Gupta is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer R&D at ASMPT Ltd since September 2019. In this role, Naveen designs high-precision and dynamic mechanisms for the semiconductor industry, focusing on cleanroom class automation and conducting structural, dynamic, and fluid simulations using Ansys. Previous experience includes positions at Energy Research Institute @ NTU, Tega Industries, and various roles at IIT Kharagpur, where Naveen led teams in product development and innovation. Naveen holds a Master’s degree in Smart Product Design from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
