Ryan Yang

Ryan Yang has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. In their current role as the Director of Corporate Development at ASMPT Ltd since 2021, they focus on the company's transformation, global strategy, and M&A. Previously, at Certis, they held various positions, including being part of the founding leadership team for Certis' digital transformation services and heading the development of core Singapore businesses. Ryan also worked in corporate planning, group strategy, and business development roles, where they developed the company's strategy and led organization-wide initiatives. Prior to Certis, Ryan worked in investments and portfolio management at AT Asset Management, specializing in equities and global macro trends. Ryan also co-founded and served as an associate director at Partners Capital, where they executed IPOs, M&As, and private equity fundraisings. Additionally, they worked as a senior associate at SAC Capital Private Limited and as a corporate finance executive at HL Bank.

Ryan Yang attended the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing. In 2004, they also briefly attended the NYU Stern School of Business to further their studies in Finance and Marketing. Additionally, in December 2019, Ryan obtained a certification as a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centred Design from the LUMA Institute.
