Wee Sien Sim

Wee Sien Sim has over two decades of experience in supply chain and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Central Planning & Capacity at ASMPT Ltd since June 2024, previous roles include Senior Director of SIOP at Maxeon Solar Technologies and Senior Director of Sales & Operations Planning at ams OSRAM. Prior to these positions, Wee Sien held multiple titles at Infineon Technologies, where responsibilities included Director of Supply Chain Program Management. Additional experience includes strategic planning and production control roles at SSMC and Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Inc. Academically, Wee Sien holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide and a degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
