Jonathan Deruy

Jonathan Deruy is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience primarily at Asobo Studio since July 2008. Currently serving as Lead Mission Designer, Jonathan oversees the Mission Design team for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. Previous roles at Asobo include Associate Lead Game Designer and Senior Game Designer, where responsibilities ranged from designing Discovery mode for the Xbox launch to working on the Reno air race DLC. Earlier in Jonathan's career, experiences included Level Designer for The Crew 2, Senior QA Main Tester for titles such as Young Conker, and various QA Tester roles on projects for multiple platforms. Prior to Asobo, Jonathan worked as a technicien de maintenance informatique at fc girondins de bordeaux from 2005 to 2007.
