Le Guinio Pascal has a diverse work experience in the field of animation. They started their career in 2008 as a Senior Animator at Premium Agency, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, Pascal worked as a Senior Animator at Ignis Imageworks / Silicon Studio, specializing in character and creature animations and optimizing workflow.

In 2011, Pascal joined Lexis Numerique as a Supervisor, Director, and Lead Animator. Here, they worked on various projects, including Red Johnson Chronicles Episode 2, where they directed actors, supervised motion capture subcontractors, and designed motion capture and keyframe animation pipelines.

From 2012 to 2013, Pascal worked as a Senior Animator Motion Editor at Metricminds, where they provided technical and artistic support for motion editing. In 2012, they also served as a Motion Capture Director at Dargaud Média / Ellipsanime.

In 2014, Pascal briefly worked as a Previs Artist at Halon Entertainment. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Lead Animator at Goodbye Kansas.

Pascal worked as a Freelancer from 2013 to 2017, collaborating with various studios such as 2KCzech, Brunch Studio, and Camus de la Fonderie de L'Image. In this role, they contributed to game motion and cinematic animation, as well as supervising a short film workshop.

In 2017, Pascal joined Ubisoft Bordeaux as a Senior 3D Animator, specializing in animation for games. They worked here until 2019 when they transitioned to Asobo Studio, where they currently hold the position of Lead Cinematic Animator.
