Ben joined ASOS in September 2025 and is responsible for leading Global Commercial & Trading, Customer, ASOS Media Group (AMG), and Customer Care.
He brings extensive experience across digital and consumer businesses, with a strong track record in scaling teams, driving transformation and delivering customer-centric growth. Before joining ASOS, Ben was Chief Commercial Officer at World of Books. He previously held senior global roles at Expedia Group, including Chief Marketing Officer at Hotels.com, and led commercial functions at OVO Energy. Ben began his career as a soldier and then a journalist before joining McKinsey & Company as a consultant.
