Ian Dyson

Ian Dyson is a Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at ASOS. Ian has over 10 years of experience in leadership roles in the IT industry.

Previously, they were the Director of IS Service Delivery & Transition at Debenhams from March 2014 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for driving IT change programmes, providing a consolidated IT Programme Office, CIO Office, Governance structure and adherence to overall operating model.

Before that, they were the IT Group Operations Director at The Co-operative Group from January 2007 to August 2013. In this role, they led the design and implementation of Group wide IT Security framework and standards, controlled and monitored IT risks and provision of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services, and was responsible for commercial and financial planning and control. Ian also managed supplier and partner relationships, driving value and service.

Ian Dyson has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University and an IT Leadership degree from Cranfield School of Management.
