Matty Burchell has accumulated diverse experience in customer care and sales roles, starting as a Sales Associate at the Disney Store and later at Argos and SWAROVSKI. At Bershka, Matty functioned as a Sales Assistant and Visual Merchandiser. Matty then transitioned to WLMG as a Customer Care professional, where plans were initiated and implemented to enhance customer relations while improving team performance through KPI analysis. Since April 2022, Matty has been serving as the Sample Sale Co-Ordinator at ASOS.com, overseeing the sample sale team and organizing charity initiatives to benefit the community. Matty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Communication from the University of the West of England and completed GCSEs and A Levels at Queensmead School.
