Eric Snyder

Eric Snyder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and training. Currently serving as a Certified ASP Trainer at ASP, INC since September 2021, Eric also holds the position of Personal Safety Instructor at CWR Firearms Training since 2012. As a Police Officer and Community Resource Officer with the City of Ames Police Department since September 2005, Eric focuses on community outreach, social media promotion, video production, and marketing initiatives. Additionally, Eric has been the President of the Ames Police Benefit Association since January 2015 and served as Past President of the Iowa State Police Association from October 2007 to October 2015. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Fitness Management from Iowa State University, obtained in 2005.
