Prof. Michael Gorley is a Fusion Research Senior Fellow and the CEO and Founder of Green Dragon Energy. They completed a DPhil in Materials Science at Oxford University in 2014 and have held prominent roles at the UK Atomic Energy Authority, including Director of the Fusion Technology Division, where they led a team of approximately 150 people. Currently, they serve as a Non-Executive Director for ASP Isotopes and Quantum Leap Energy, and as a Visiting Professor at the University of Bristol. In their career, Prof. Gorley has focused on developing new materials for nuclear fusion reactors and advancing green energy technologies.
