David Borcoski

David Borcoski is the Group MD & CEO, Melbourne at ASP Ship Management Pty. Ltd. David has over 30 years of experience in the shipping and finance industries.

Borcoski began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co in 1986, where they worked in assurance and financial consulting. David then moved to Coopers & Lybrand in 1988, where they worked in assurance. In 1991, they joined South Pacific Shipping Ltd as General Manager - Finance, where they worked for seven years.

In 1998, Borcoski joined Oceana Gold - Macraes Mining Limited as Commercial & Finance Manager. David held this position for one year before moving to Asure New Zealand Ltd as Finance Manager in 1999. David held this position for two years before joining Silver Fern Shipping Ltd (NZ) in 2001.

Borcoski joined International Bunker Supplies Pty Ltd in 2002 as Director. David held this position for fifteen years before joining ASP Ship Management Pty. Ltd in 2017.

David Borcoski has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. David also has a Diploma in Executive Program for Growing Companies from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and is a Certified Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
