Nico Verbeeck is a co-founder and COO at Aspect Analytics bvba since December 2018. Prior to this role, Nico served as a post-doctoral researcher at KU Leuven from September 2009 to November 2018, focusing on the development of advanced data mining techniques for analyzing Mass Spectrometry Imaging data. Nico also held a postdoctoral researcher position at TU Delft from September 2015 to June 2017. Nico completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Bioinformatics at KU Leuven in December 2014, following a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same institution in December 2009.
