Mark Reed

Director Project Services at Aspect Software, Inc.

Mark Reed has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and IT systems. Mark started their career as an IT Support Analyst at Castle Vale Housing Action Trust in 1994 and then moved on to become an IT Support Officer at Solihull MBC in 1996. In 1999, they joined Sandwell MBC as an IT Systems Manager. Mark then transitioned to EDS Group in 2001 as a Project Manager, and later to Capgemini when the HMRC contract changed. During their time at Capgemini, Mark took on the role of a Project Manager and was responsible for various projects related to contact centers, CRM applications, and speech recognition systems. In 2007, Mark joined Aspect Software as a Project Manager and rapidly progressed to become the Director of Project Services, overseeing strategic programs and complex engagements for the EMEA region. In this role, they have led teams across LATAM and North America and has been accountable for high-value programs and customer sites.

Mark Reed attended Walsall College from 1988 to 1990, where they pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electronic Engineering.
