Mitchell Waters is a strategic Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years of experience in investment, operations, and finance, primarily focused on alternative investments within the hedge fund and private equity sectors. Currently, Waters serves as COO for both Systematic Quant Hedge Fund and Aspen Digital, where they manage operations for innovative asset management platforms. Previously, Waters held leadership positions at notable firms such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Securrency, where they demonstrated expertise in enhancing financial and operational processes. Waters earned a Master of Science in International Finance and Capital Markets from the University of Brighton and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, graduating summa cum laude from SUNY Oneonta.
