At Aspen Functional Health, we believe that high-quality nutrition care is an essential component of healthcare, not a luxury. Our team of specialized Registered Dietitians is committed to delivering personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) designed to achieve measurable health outcomes.

We understand that cost can be a significant barrier to accessing expert nutritional care. To address this, we strive to make our services both accessible and affordable by maintaining in-network status with most major insurance providers. This allows patients to receive expert care with minimal to no out-of-pocket costs, reducing financial burdens on their journey to improved health.

Our Approach

Our methodology goes beyond generic dietary recommendations. We employ an evidence-based approach that recognizes nutrition as a critical medical intervention. Whether managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, eating disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, and heart disease, or optimizing overall wellness, we create tailored plans that align with each patient’s unique physiology and lifestyle.

Collaborative Care

Collaboration is at the core of our service model. We do not merely operate as a standalone provider but as an integrated extension of the patient’s care team.

For Medical Clinics: We serve as a reliable referral partner, ensuring continuity of care by delivering the specialized dietary support that physicians prescribe but may not have the resources to manage directly. For over two years, we have successfully implemented this model in partnership with organizations such as Prosano and BCBS of Arizona, and we are continually seeking to establish similar collaborations.

For Corporate Wellness: We work with employers to enhance their corporate benefits packages, offering wellness programs that promote healthier, more productive workplaces.

We invite you to partner with us in building a healthier community where evidence-based nutrition care is accessible to all.
