Chris Kiley

Chris Kiley serves as Senior Vice President of Planning & Development at Aspen One since December 2021, overseeing the planning and development of operational infrastructure for the company’s holdings, which include premier ski resorts and hotels. Prior to Aspen One, Chris held key positions such as Senior Director of Development at NBP Capital, where projects included the Berggruen Institute campus and the historic Park Plaza hotel redevelopment. Chris has also contributed as Vice President of Development at Kor Real Estate Partners, Senior Project Manager at Gardiner & Theobald LLP, and Project Manager at Aspen Skiing Company, along with earlier roles at Design Workshop and the Portland Trail Blazers. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Master of City Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
