Marcela Alves

Marcela Alves is a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong focus on strategic data analysis, leadership development, and cultural transformation. Currently at Asper, Marcela collaborates with leadership to design solutions that enhance organizational culture and drive results. Previously, Marcela worked in multiple roles, including as a Human Resources Business Partner at Stone, where significant improvements in employee engagement and retention were achieved. Marcela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University and a Formação Executiva in Finance and Internal Controls from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
