Cecilia Stoute

Cecilia Stoute is an experienced professional in partnerships, sales, and rights management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Partnerships and Sales at the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics since January 2022. Prior to this role, Cecilia held various positions at the United States Institute of Peace from June 2015 to January 2022 as a Sales, Rights, and Marketing Specialist, and worked at the American Psychiatric Association from October 2006 to June 2015 in multiple roles including Rights Manager and Licensing and Permissions Manager. Cecilia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management of Global Information Technology, and a Master of Arts in Latin America, all from American University, as well as experience in a Study Abroad Program at The American University of Paris.
