David Duff

David Duff is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as VP Procurement at Vectura Fertin Pharma since January 2023 and as Vice President of Procurement for Global Innovation & Development at Phillips Medisize since January 2025, David has held several key positions at Vectura Group and GlaxoSmithKline. Notably, David was Senior Procurement Director for Europe at GlaxoSmithKline, overseeing an indirect spend of approximately £800 million, where responsibilities included financial delivery, risk management, and supply chain resolution. David's procurement expertise spans across multiple roles, including leading strategic initiatives in new product supply, managing significant site spend, and supporting technology transfers internationally. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Microbiology from the University of Strathclyde and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, with additional accreditation in Operational Excellence.
