Julia Hoeng

Julia Hoeng is an accomplished R&D leader with extensive experience in cannabinoid innovation and product development at Vectura Fertin Pharma since April 2022. Previously, Julia served in various senior roles at Philip Morris International from 2008 to April 2022, including Chief Innovation Officer and Global Head of Discovery Life Sciences. With a strong foundation in systems toxicology and systems biology, Julia has managed multidisciplinary teams and led numerous strategic projects focused on assessing new products through advanced methodologies. Academic credentials include a PhD in Protein Crystallography from the University of Cambridge and an Executive MBA from Business School Lausanne, among other degrees.
