Timothy McCarthy

Timothy McCarthy serves as the Head of People & Culture for Vectura Fertin Pharma since June 2023, focusing on implementing strategies to stabilize and grow the US business unit while maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Prior to this role, Timothy spent over 14 years at Philip Morris International, progressing through various positions including Head of People & Culture for External Affairs and Global Communications, Director of People & Culture US, and Head of People & Culture for General & Administration. In these roles, emphasis was placed on driving a data-driven corporate culture, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and supporting operational models across regions. Earlier experience includes managerial positions in compensation and benefits at Avon and Schlumberger, along with a foundation in human resources at govWorks. Timothy holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Theatre History from St. Cloud State University and Brooklyn College, respectively.
