Jonathan Ballon has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1998 with their role as Chief Marketing Officer & EVP at iXL Enterprises Inc. Jonathan then moved on to become General Manager at inCode Wireless in 2000. In 2002, they joined Cisco as Corporate Vice President. In 2012, they were recruited by GE Digital as Chief Operating Officer + Co-Founder. In 2014, they became Vice President + General Manager, Edge AI & IoT at Intel Corporation. In 2020, they took on the role of Non Executive Director at Alert 360, as well as Member Of The Board Of Advisors at ClearML, by Allegro.ai. In 2021, they became Non Executive Director at Aspinity, Inc. and Chief Strategy Officer & Chief Digital Officer at ELMS: Electric Last Mile Solutions. Jonathan'scurrent role is Non Executive Chairman at Axelera AI, which they began in 2022.

Jonathan Ballon received a BA in Quantitative Economics & Decision Sciences from UC San Diego in 1992. In 2013, they attended the John F Welch Leadership Development Center for Leadership, Innovation & Growth. In 2015, they completed a Certificate in Cybersecurity: Technology, Application and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2016, they completed the Executive Accelerator Program for Intel at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Jonathan also earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
