Scott Naugle has worked in the manufacturing industry since 1985. Scott began their career as a Coop Test Engineer at RCA Solid State and then moved to General Electric Aircraft Engine Business Group as a CIM Technologist in 1988. In 1992, they joined M/A-COM as a Product Engineer and then moved to Harris Semiconductor in 1993 in the same role. In 1995, they became a Product Development Manager at Anadigics. In 2005, they joined Akustica, Inc. as a Manufacturing Management Lead. In 2013, they moved to Akustica, Inc., a subsidiary of Robert Bosch Automotive Electronics, as a Quality and Test Management Lead. In 2021, they joined Powerex Inc. as a Quality Management Lead and in 2022, they became a Supply Chain and Quality Management Lead at Aspinity, Inc.
Scott Naugle obtained a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati - College of Engineering and Applied Science between 1984 and 1992. In 2021, they obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
