Jon Phillips is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and training. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Aspiration Training since October 2021 and as a Trustee at ASH Wales Cymru since November 2021, Jon has previously held the position of Director Of Training at St John Ambulance Cymru from September 2006 to February 2021. Jon's career also includes roles as a Senior Account Manager at The Word from 1998 to 2006 and as a Training Store Manager at Intertan from 1992 to 1997. Educationally, Jon holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Computer Science from Keele University, completed in July 1993, and attended Croesyceiliog Comprehensive School.
