Bert Deprest

Bert Deprest is an accomplished professional in the energy sector, currently serving as General Manager at Aspiravi since August 2022, overseeing trading, sales, and marketing for Belgium's largest Nextgen Wind Independent Power Producer. Bert is also the Owner of Studio L+A and a member of the Management Board at Powered by Zeno. Previously, Bert held key roles at ENGIE, including Chief Commercial Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included leading commercial operations across four countries, and Head of Renewables for South East Asia, focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency programs. Prior experience includes the position of Vice-President at Senoko Energy, where Bert established a new business incubation team, and extensive roles in trading and portfolio management with ENGIE. Bert's education includes a Master in Management from Vlerick Business School and a Master in Industrial Engineering from KU Leuven.
