At Aspire Academies Trust we are passionate about making a difference to the lives of our children. We are privileged to have Bovingdon Primary Academy, Hammond Academy, The Grove Academy and the West Herts Teaching School Alliance presently within the Aspire Trust. We are building a family of schools who are prepared to truly collaborate. The schools have a desire to question, change and innovate to ensure that what they provide enables our children to become successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens.

We believe in the power of partnership, enabling us to ensuring more children receive an exceptional education. We all share the ultimate goal of driving high educational standards through the provision of outstanding teaching, leadership and learning for all.

At the same time, we recognise the importance for academies to retain and promote their individual identity and we endorse earned autonomy across the Trust. Every school has its own context and challenges.  This is why we encourage our member schools to lead and manage in a way that preserves their individual identity and responds to the specific needs of their children and community.

Our leaders focus on offering the children a broad and balanced curriculum, on pupil progress and attainment and regularly share knowledge, insight and experience. We ensure that there is plenty of opportunity for all the staff to work in partnership, share best practice, share resources and attend shared INSET.

The Leadership Team at Aspire Academies Trust is responsible for steering the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. Comprising the CEO, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and three Executive Principals, the team works collaboratively to uphold high educational standards, ensuring schools deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences. They manage and support the member schools, foster shared best practices, and maintain a balance between autonomy and collaboration to empower each school to address its unique needs while aligning with the trust's overarching mission and values.

Leadership Team

The Finance Team at Aspire Academies Trust is responsible for budget management, financial planning, and ensuring fiscal compliance across all member schools. They handle accounting tasks, financial reporting, and the allocation of resources to optimize educational outcomes. The team also provides strategic financial insights to support the Trust’s mission of delivering exceptional education while promoting the autonomy and individual identity of each academy.
