Jennifer O'Neill, CPP, has extensive experience in accounting and education, currently serving as Accounting Manager at Aspire Chicago since May 2017. In this role, Jennifer creates invoices and has taken on HRIS Manager responsibilities, training supervisors in Paylocity. Prior positions at Aspire include Senior Accountant and Disbursements Accountant, where Jennifer improved financial processes and reduced expenses. Previous experience spans several roles in accounting at Johnson Service Group, Inc. and Kerley Ink, along with teaching positions in various school districts, demonstrating a strong blend of financial management and educational expertise. Jennifer holds an Associate degree in Accounting from Joliet Junior College, a Master's degree in Reading, and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Governors State University.
