Cat Frey

Cat Frey serves as a Campaign Manager at Aspire since March 2023, focusing on consumer, CPG, entertainment, and wellness brands. Prior roles include various positions at FleishmanHillard from June 2019 to March 2023, progressing from Public Relations Intern to Senior Account Executive. Cat gained valuable experience as a Communications Intern at CHRISTUS Health during summer 2018, contributing to public relations and branding initiatives. Additionally, Cat interned at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago in the summer of 2017, where responsibilities spanned public relations and marketing. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studies at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
