Cari Tan

Cari Tan is currently working as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in the People Team at Aspire since January 2023. Prior to this role, Cari held the position of Senior Regional Recruiter in the People Team at Shopee from May 2021 to November 2022. Cari has also worked as a Recruiter in Talent Attraction at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) from December 2020 to May 2021, as well as an APAC Talent Acquisition Specialist at Google from January 2019 to December 2020. Cari began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley from June 2017 to December 2018. Cari holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) from Singapore Management University and participated in a Student Exchange Program at Lund University.
