Chai Yang

Chai Yang is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Strategy and Planning Manager at Aspire since April 2025. Prior to this role, Chai was the Head of FP&A and Finance Business Partner at Zenyum from November 2021 to March 2025, focusing on FP&A and finance transformation projects. Chai also held positions as an Assistant Manager at EY, where responsibilities included designing software and ERP systems for budgeting and consolidation, and as a Regional Management Accountant at Knauf Insulation, managing regional financial reporting. Additionally, Chai worked as a Commercial Analyst for Flight Centre Travel Group, partnering with the Global Procurement team across multiple continents, and began a career as an Analyst at Deloitte Australia, auditing clients in various industries. Chai holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland, and a Bachelor of Business in HR & Hotel Management from Griffith University.
