AspireHer is a leadership, technology, and career acceleration platform empowering Muslim women and women of colour to transform community support into economic and leadership power. We do this by strengthening technical skills, building confidence, and accelerating meaningful career progression.

Alongside this, we partner with employers to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion across the tech ecosystem. Through consulting, strategic guidance, and inclusive recruitment support, we help organisations attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, driving systemic change and building truly inclusive, representative workplaces.

For women, we provide a safe and supportive community, offering mentorship, training, mental health support, and career advancement resources to help them break through barriers and excel in traditionally male-dominated industries.

For employers, we provide diversity and inclusion consulting, talent placement, and recruitment strategy support to help them build more inclusive workplaces. Our well-being programmes also improve employee retention, engagement, and overall productivity.
