Diala Kassab is a Global Human Resources Manager with a strong commitment to fostering people-centric cultures across diverse teams globally. Diala's experience includes managing HR functions for organizations such as ELIE SAAB, NymCard, and Creative Technology Solutions, where they implemented strategic HR initiatives that prioritize employee well-being and engagement. Currently, Diala leads HR efforts at Aspire Software, focusing on multicultural environments and innovative practices. Diala holds a Master’s degree in Information & Communication and a diploma in Human Resources Management, with ongoing studies for a Teaching Diploma in Public Relations/Image Management at Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
