Johny Dib

Johny Dib is an experienced Application Support Engineer currently working at Aspire Software since November 2022, responsible for logging customer issues in the Call Management system and documenting their resolutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Broadcast Engineer at MTV Lebanon, where equipment support and on-air system management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Johny has provided freelance technical support focused on IT incidents and equipment maintenance, and held roles in management and labor within various organizations, including Doffat Al Naher restaurant and the LRC Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Lebanese International University, completed in 2019.
