Srividhya R is a dynamic and result-driven professional with over 13 years of extensive experience in recruitment, particularly in lateral hiring and niche recruitment for leadership, senior, and middle management roles within the IT services sector. Currently serving as a Manager at Aspire Systems since January 2018, Srividhya R leads and manages the hiring team within Development Services. Previous roles include Deputy Manager at Aspire Systems and Assistant Manager at First Tek, as well as Team Lead positions in talent acquisition at Quadrant 4 System Corporation and Mascon Global. Academically, Srividhya R holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras, along with a Diploma in Computer Engineering.
