Lawrence (Larry) Rothman, Ph.D., is the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Helping Autistic Adults Perform and Excel (HAAPE), an organization dedicated to supporting individuals on the Autism Spectrum in achieving fulfilling careers. With over 35 years of leadership experience across various sectors, they previously held significant roles at Ernst & Young, Capgemini, and IBM, and co-founded Cognitive Diversity LLC. Lawrence is also a Board Member of the Uniquely Abled Project and an Advisory Board Member of Aspiritech, focusing on neurodiversity inclusion strategies. They earned a Ph.D. from Syracuse University and a B.S. from the University of Denver.
