Established in 1971, ASPM-SanDiego is a family-owned company that specializes in HOA management, as well as offering our clients General Contractor, construction project management, and affordable maintenance and janitorial services.

Our managers have a broad range of community association management experience, and manage all property needs from typical day-to-day operations to facilitating major renovation and reconstruction management, to transitioning new properties from developer to membership control.
