Tora Millward

Tora Millward is the Head of Communication at Aspris, where they lead the Internal Communication team to create engaging content that motivates colleagues across multiple sites. They previously worked as a Corporate Communications & PR Advisor at Domestic & General, where they successfully relaunched a group-wide newsletter and managed communication campaigns. Tora started their career as a Senior Reporter for Creative Boom, part of The Guardian, and has since built expertise in crafting impactful internal communications. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Magazine Journalism and Feature Writing from Southampton Solent University and are currently pursuing CIPD qualifications.
