Wayne Smith has extensive experience in the care sector, currently holding the position of Responsible Individual and Quality Improvement Lead at Aspris since May 1993. In this role, Wayne Smith establishes and monitors national service standards across children's homes, promoting quality care and support services aligned with Aspris’ standards and philosophy in the UK, Scotland, and Wales. Prior to Aspris, Wayne Smith served as Interim Service Manager and Registered Manager for children's and adults' services at Priory Group from May 1993 to February 2015. Wayne Smith holds an Associate's degree in Clinical Child Psychology from South Carolina State University and has studied Autism, Education, and Care at South Carolina State University and the University of Derby.

Our specialist educational services support young people with autism to engage with learning, achieve academically and prepare for a career, whilst building emotional, social and independence skills they can draw on throughout their life ahead. Our Wellbeing Centres in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh also provide high quality support for a wide range of mental health conditions, supporting both adults and children.
