Espy Janice

Espy Janice has worked for three organizations in their career. Espy began their professional career as a Soldier in the US Army in 1992. In 2009, they joined Baylor Scott & White Health as Director Of Surgical Services. In 2022, they began working for Advanced Surgical Retractor Systems, Inc. as Director Of Implementation.

Espy Janice has an Associate of Science in Surgical Technology/Technologist from the Academy of Health Sciences AMEDD, a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University, a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Bellevue University, and is currently enrolled in University of Maryland Global Campus. Espy also holds four certifications: Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS) from HSPA (obtained in 2012), Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL) from HSPA (obtained in 2012), Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) from HSPA (obtained in 2011), and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) (obtained in 2010).
