Dylan McCapes

Dylan McCapes is a seasoned professional in mobile engineering with extensive experience in managing and leading various engineering teams. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Mobile Engineering at August Home, Inc. since June 2019, Dylan oversees mobile teams focused on supporting iOS and Android applications and implementing new features for IoT products. Previous roles include Manager of Mobile Engineering and Senior Mobile Engineer at the same company. Before August Home, Dylan worked at iovox as an Android Engineer and Junior Developer. Additional experience includes a software developer role at Davis Lacrosse Association, coaching lacrosse, and serving as a carpenter with McCapes Construction Company and Brown Construction. Dylan earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and further developed skills in software engineering through App Academy.
