Lori Pool

Lori Pool, CPA, MBA, CGMA has a strong background in finance and accounting. Lori began their career at Reda/Schlumberger in 1990, where they served as the Controller for three manufacturing facilities. In this role, they managed all aspects of accounting and was responsible for a team of 13. Lori remained with Reda/Schlumberger until 2003.

Lori then joined Siemens Industry USA as the Controller for the Process Analytics business unit. In this position, they had full profit and loss responsibility and oversaw all financial aspects of the unit. Lori also served as the primary interface between various departments within Siemens.

In 2010, Lori joined Borets International as the Director of Finance for North America. After a year in this role, they moved on to Ameristar Perimeter Security Group, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Finance. In this role, they have primary fiduciary responsibilities and provides leadership and direction to the business leadership team. Lori is responsible for all finance operations, including financial reporting and analysis, cost accounting, and budgeting.

Lori Pool, CPA, MBA, CGMA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from The University of Tulsa and Missouri State University, respectively. Lori also attended Drury University. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designations. Lori has also completed certificates in Data Analytics Core Concepts and Finance Transformation: Manage Disruption, both from the AICPA.
