Earl May

Earl May has a long and distinguished career in the field of biosciences. Earl began their career in 1993 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Earl then moved on to GlaxoSmithKline in 1997 as an Investigator. In 2008, they began working at OSI Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Research Investigator. In 2012, they became the Director of Leads Discovery at Coferon, Inc. Earl then moved on to Assembly Biosciences in 2015 as the Director of Discovery Technologies. In 2017, they became the Senior Director of Biophysics at Warp Drive Bio, Inc. In 2019, they joined Civetta Therapeutics as the Vice President of Lead Discovery. In 2020, they began working at Kymera Therapeutics as the Senior Director of Lead Discovery. In 2021, they became the Principal of Watertown Biosciences Consulting Services, LLC. Most recently, they joined AssayQuant Technologies in 2022 as the Senior Director of Discovery Technologies.

Earl May completed their B.A. in Biochemistry at the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 1986. Earl then went on to pursue their M. Phil in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University, which they completed in 1989. Finally, in 1993, they obtained their PhD in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University.
