Niklas Persson

Niklas Persson has a diverse professional background in sports management and IT support. Currently serving as Sportchef for IFK Tumba Hockey IK since August 2021, Niklas is responsible for the recruitment of players and coaches and overseeing the sporting ambitions for the A-team, J18, and J20. Niklas has also held roles in the Assemblin Caverion Group, progressing from Service Manager to Service Owner since May 2023. Previous experience includes working at H&M as a Process Execution Technician and Change Manager, and at Pensionsmyndigheten as a Supportkoordinator. Additionally, during a lengthy tenure at Sweden Hockey Institute, Niklas specialized as a målvaktstränare, providing goalie training and consultation. Niklas began a career in IT support in 2001, holding various positions across multiple companies, ultimately obtaining a degree in network technology from Nackademin in 1999.
