Claes Johansson

Claes Johansson is the Head of Financial Control at Assemblin AB, where they oversee accounting, reporting, treasury, group accounting, and tax. Previously, they served as Tax Director Accounting and Senior Controller Tax at Sapa AB from 2010 to 2015, managing corporate tax compliance and reporting. Claes also worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC Sweden from 2006 to 2010, assisting various clients with financial reporting and accounting practices. Earlier in their career, Claes co-founded Intersum Management Consulting AB, which was acquired by PwC in 2006. They earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Uppsala University between 1991 and 1995.
